What comes to mind when you think of accessibility, human-centred design, and inclusion?

Inclusive design begins with the understanding that there is no typical customer. Exclusion can happen at any time to anyone. Inclusive design encompasses language, culture, gender, age, and other forms of human difference that are not depicted within accessibility.
