Whilst working on the design and development of sass & bide’s new Magento e-commerce store, we are also focussed on driving sales from the existing store.

The Campaigns

The SB Collective campaign features curated looks from sass & bide’s top boutique stylists, including:

  • Linking customers directly to the Magento online store to shop featured looks.
  • Easy sub-navigation between the different major cities featured.
  • An expandable “Our Favourites” module featuring key products
  • A responsive design to enable easy viewing on any device screen size and resolution

IE Agency developed this campaign as a flexible template that can be used to save time and costs across a variety of campaigns.

SB-Collective

Following the production of SB Collective, IE developed a denim campaign leveraging the same template, featuring:

  • Animated gifs to add movement and bring to life key shoppable denim looks
  • A tabbed format to explore styles, measurements and care suggestions
  • A seamless responsive design

Novateur Grouped Products

For its 360 Novateur experience, sass & bide wanted to further drive average order value and sales. IE concepted and developed a complex grouped products extension for their existing site, to link out to from key Novateur looks.

Customers who click on any product in a look, within the Novateur experience, are directed to a dedicated page in the online store, curating a series of products within the look. For example, those who click through to this look…

Novateur

…are presented with the bundled products look page here. From this page, customers can select and add each product to their bag, all on the one page.

The value of the look pages extends beyond the Novateur campaign, sass & bide will be able to use this functionality for future online marketing to drive average order value, including email campaigns, social media and paid search.

Results

The extra focus on these campaigns generated some great results. See below:

SB Collective:

  • 30% higher average order value (AOV)
  • 56% of content shared on Pinterest was from SB Collective
  • Those who continued to browse after SB Collective spent more time on the site on average

Denim:

  • Those who landed on product pages from Denim were 55% more likely to purchase than if they’d come from elsewhere on the site (55% increase in site conversion rate).
  • AOV increased by 24% from denim page purchases

Novateur:

  • 42% AOV from grouped products purchases.
